Sweet Potatoes Royal
| 6 medium sweet potatoes |
| Salt to taste |
| 3 Tbsp. margarine |
| 4 Tbsp. orange juice |
| 4 Tbsp. honey |
| Dash of cinnamon if desired |

| Cook sweet potatoes in salted water. Peel potatoes
when cooled and cut into halves or thirds lengthwise. Add salt if
necessary. Place in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining
ingredients, heat slowly and pour over potatoes. Bake 20 minutes in
400 degree oven, basting frequently with sauce in pan. Serves 6. |
