Oranged Sweet Potatoes

7 to 8 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/3 tsp. orange peel
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
Salt to taste
Peel raw potatoes, slice lengthwise and brown in butter or margarine.  Put into casserole, adding remaining butter in pan, over combined remaining ingredients.  Bake at 450 degrees, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes.  Remove cover, baste and continue baking until tender, basting frequently.  Serves 6 to 8.
