Honey Pumpkin Pie
| 2 eggs beaten |
| 1 3/4 cups pumpkin |
| 3/4 cup honey |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp. ginger |
| 1 2/3 cups milk or light cream |
| nutmeg |

| Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into a 9" unbaked
pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 deg. F for 1 hour or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean. Hint: Spread honey over acorn
squash rings halfway through baking time for a simple glaze. |
