Honey-Almond Carrots

1lb carrots
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/3 Tbsp. flour
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. honey
Salt to taste
Toasted almonds
Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, drain.  To make the sauce, melt margarine, add flour and stir until smooth, add milk slowly.  Add honey and salt, cook until thickened, continuing to stir.  Add to carrots, sprinkle with nuts and serve.  Serves 8.
