Gourmet Style Carrots

3 dozen small whole carrots
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. honey
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Graded orange peeled
Parsley
Cook carrots in boiling water until tender and drain.  Mix salt with ginger.  To make the sauce, melt margarine or butter in a skillet and add all the other ingredients.  Add carrots and heat, turning often to glaze.  Serves 6.
