Gourmet Style Carrots
| 3 dozen small whole carrots |
| 2/3 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 tsp. ginger |
| 1/3 cup butter or margarine |
| 2 Tbsp. honey |
| 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
| Graded orange peeled |
| Parsley |

| Cook carrots in boiling water until tender and drain.
Mix salt with ginger. To make the sauce, melt margarine or butter in
a skillet and add all the other ingredients. Add carrots and heat,
turning often to glaze. Serves 6. |
