| 1/2 cans (8oz) crushed pineapple |
| 3 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine |
| 3 1/2 Tbsp. honey |
| 2 Tbsp. brandy |
| Salt to taste |
| Dash of lemonade |
| Sprinkle of mace |

| Heat carrots and add all remaining ingredients. Serves
