Zesty Honey Sauce
Makes 1-1/2 cups.

1 cup

bottled chili sauce

 

1/2 to 3/4 cup

honey

1/4cup

minced onion

2 Tbsp.

dry red wine

1 Tbsp.

Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp.

Dijon-style mustard

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil; stir constantly.

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Brush sauce on meats during last 5 minutes or cooking or use as dipping sauce.
