Zesty Honey Sauce
Makes 1-1/2 cups.

1 cup
|
bottled chili
sauce
|
|
|
1/2 to 3/4 cup
|
honey
|
|
1/4cup
|
minced onion
|
|
2 Tbsp.
|
dry red wine
|
|
1 Tbsp.
|
Worcestershire
sauce
|
|
1 tsp.
|
Dijon-style
mustard
|
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and
bring to boil; stir constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5
minutes. Brush sauce on meats during last 5 minutes or cooking or use as
dipping sauce.
