Gingerbread

2 3/4 cup sifted flour
1tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup molasses
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
Sift flour once, measure, add soda, salt, baking powder, and spices and sift together. Cream egg, oil, honey, and molasses. Add flour alternately with buttermilk, beating after each addition until smooth. bake on greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve with icing or whipped cream.
