Beets in Honey Sauce
| 1 Tbsp. corn starch |
| 1.2 tsp. salt |
| 1 Tbsp. water or beet juice |
| 1/4 cup honey |
| 1 Tbsp. butter |
| 2 cup diced beets, cooked or canned. |

| Mix cornstarch and salt. Blend in the
water or beet juice from canned beets. Add honey and butter. Cook slowly;
stirring constantly until thickened. Add sauce to beets. Let stand at
least ten minutes to blend flavors. Reheat. |
