Beets in Honey Sauce

1 Tbsp. corn starch
1.2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water or beet juice
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cup diced beets, cooked or canned.
Mix cornstarch and salt. Blend in the water or beet juice from canned beets. Add honey and butter. Cook slowly; stirring constantly until thickened. Add sauce to beets. Let stand at least ten minutes to blend flavors. Reheat.
